  1. RESOLVED

    The DCI interconnection between our DE and NL PoP has been recovered and it's operational now

  2. INVESTIGATING

    Today at 12:09 UTC+2 the DCI interconnection between our DE and NL PoP went unexpectedly down. Traffic got automatically rerouted after a few seconds, but there may have been brief interruptions for connections routed via NL for DE customers and vice versa. We are currently awaiting updates from the provider. Customers may notice higher latencies in the meantime, but no other issues.

  1. RESOLVED

    The packet loss was caused by a huge attack which filled some of uplink capacity. We have added prefilters at the edge of our network to avoid the problem in the future.

  2. INVESTIGATING

    We are aware of packet loss for connections passing via our NL location, we are checking the cause currently
